NUTER LOCATION

VITORIA-GASTEIZ is the headquarters of NUTER and the capital of the Basque Country, hosting all its institutions (Parliament, regional government and administration).

Over the last few decades the city has been one of the most dynamic in the Basque Country, combining demographic and technological growth.
